Appointment Types
We perform one-time and ongoing cleaning appointments for domestic and commercial spaces during weekday hours from 9am – 5pm. In the name of work/life balance, we never clean during weekends, evenings, overnights, holidays or snow days.
Regular House Cleaning
Offering flexible schedules on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, our eco-friendly house cleaning plans are designed to comprehensively meet your unique home needs. This service includes the basics in all areas, supplemented by any necessary and preferred extras you select.
Common Area Cleaning
Specializing in sustainable cleaning solutions for apartment complexes, duplexes, and offices, we meticulously maintain public spaces such as hallways, stairwells, and bathrooms. Our fundamental cleaning practices are often all that’s needed for these common areas.
Regular Office Cleaning
Our green office cleaning services are tailored to address your janitorial needs with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly scheduling options. This includes a thorough cleaning of all areas, along with the option to add any necessary and preferred extras.
One-Time Cleaning
Whether it’s for move-out or move-in cleans, Spring cleaning, or prepping for an event, our one-time cleaning service makes it straightforward. We cover the basics and frequently include many extras in all areas, suitable for both homes and offices.
Home or Office Common Spaces
Basics

Office Janitorial Services
Many commercial clients find the relevant Basics listed above to be sufficient for one-time or ongoing cleaning of offices, common spaces, public bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes. Additionally, our teams can:

Note about basements and unfinished areas:
- In a fully-finished basement, we offer all of the same Basics and Extras as other common spaces. For partially or un-finished basements, we may have to reduce cleaning service in certain areas due to the limitations of our equipment and techniques. We do not carry shop-vacs or other industrial cleaning equipment, and our cleaning supplies are all gentle, non-toxic, and eco-friendly, and may have varying levels of success in unfinished spaces.
Kitchen
Basics
- Spot clean cabinet fronts
- Spot clean refrigerator and dishwasher fronts
- Wash stove-top and oven front (including control panel, backsplash, and knobs)
- Wash sink, fixtures, and sink backsplash
- Clean microwave (inside and out)
- Clean all counter tops
- Wipe tops and fronts of countertop appliances
- Spot clean outside of accessible trash cans
- Sanitize door handles, light switches, and switch plates
- Vacuum and mop the floors
Extras
- Deep-clean refrigerator and freezer interior (must be emptied and unplugged with the door left open)
- Hand wash dishes or load dishwasher
- Polish stainless-steel appliances (with vinegar or essential oils – will leave a scent)
- Condition butcher blocks or wooden countertops (with coconut oil)
- Detail wash cabinet fronts (more than a spot clean)
- Vacuum and clean cabinet interiors
- Floor tile grout cleaning
- Empty toaster tray

Bathroom
Basics
- Scrub shower/tub enclosure
- Clean toilet, base, and any exposed plumbing
