At Happy Earth Cleaning, our rates are straightforward and designed to ensure you get the best value for your home’s cleanliness. Here’s how it works:

  • Our service costs $64.00 per cleaning hour, plus applicable sales tax. A cleaning hour is equivalent to the effort of one cleaner for one hour.
  • To maximize efficiency and provide thorough cleaning, we deploy teams of at least two cleaners for each job. However, we require a minimum engagement of 2 hours per visit, totaling $128.00 plus tax.
  • For example, if two cleaners work at your home, they can complete 2 hours’ worth of cleaning in just 1 hour of real-time, offering you faster and more efficient service.
  • Please note that a sales tax will be added to all services and calculated based on your address. There might be additional charges for parking if your home or office is in an area with only paid parking options.
  • Our billing starts once our team enters your home and begins the cleaning process. This approach allows our team to prepare for your appointment without rushing, ensuring thorough and efficient cleaning from the start. This policy might save you up to 30 minutes of billed time compared to our competitors, providing significant savings over time.
  • Our commitment is to utilize your paid time effectively. We guarantee that our teams will clean for the entirety of the time you’ve paid for. We don’t cut corners by leaving early. If there’s extra time after completing the main tasks on your personalized plan, we’ll tackle additional extras to ensure your space is as clean as possible.

Payment for Service

Making payments for our cleaning services is easy and convenient through our customer payment portal, accessible on our website’s “Pay Now” page. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Flexible Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments. These payments are securely processed within 24 hours of service completion, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Please note that we will save that method of payment in our files for future transactions.Your information is securely protected.  Go online or call our office at 612-516-7112 to add or update your card or ACH details. Credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.
  • Policy Update for Check Payments: As of 11/20/2023, we’ve updated our policy to streamline our payment process. While we no longer accept check payments from new customers, our existing customers who currently pay by check can continue to do so.
  • Timely Payments: To maintain uninterrupted service, we request that payments be made promptly. Services may be suspended if payment isn’t received before the next scheduled service or within 30 days. Furthermore, accounts with payments overdue by 60 days will be forwarded to collections.

Showing appreciation for our cleaning teams with a tip is welcomed and appreciated, though entirely optional. Whether our teams exceed your expectations or simply brighten your day with their meticulous attention to detail, tipping is a wonderful way to say, “thank you.”

For your convenience, you can tip in cash or use our secure virtual tip portal. If you choose to tip in cash, remember that we do not pick up any unlabeled cash in your home or office. To be sure your cleaning team gets the tip you intend for them, make sure it’s clearly labeled “Happy Earth” to distinguish it as a tip.

Tipping is a direct way to express your gratitude for our cleaning professionals’ hard work and dedication. While it’s never expected, a tip is always a welcome acknowledgment of our efforts to keep your space clean, welcoming, and eco-friendly.
