Happy Earth Cleaning Co-op is looking for full-time home cleaners! We are an employee-owned cooperative offering eco-friendly cleaning services in the Twin Cities area. Happy Earth is a Minneapolis-based small business of ~30 employees and not a corporate chain or franchise.
We are a group of creatives who happen to clean for a living. We offer a supportive work environment, personal development and training, livable wages and benefits, and provide the opportunity to become part-owner of our cooperative.

- Competitive, livable wages of $18+/hour (plus tips!)

- Mileage reimbursement ($0.67/mile) for your own car
- Full-time hourly work of 32-40 hours/week (no contracts or 1099s)
